Srecko’s experience combines the perspective of a clinician with the responsibilities of an entrepreneur and operator. The work has included building teams, strengthening clinical operations and creating the systems required for healthcare organizations to perform at scale.
He built one of Croatia’s largest dental clinics and helped build Adria Dental Group into a regional platform of approximately 15 clinics, 200+ dentists and 700+ employees.
